CE-34016-4 ERROR NFS RIVALS

I have been playing Need For Speed Rivals without problem. But after i re-installed the game, i have error of CE-34016-4 . and   cant go in game and play online . I rebuild database , reinstalled the game but none of them works. please help

It is possible that connecting your console to your router directly with a cable rather than wirelessly will help with this. Please let us know either way, thanks.

I tried build database, download with LAN cable , restart my router and PS4. And still have same problem. I could play this game before but now i cant. Nothing has changed on my PS4. I can download the update but it cant be installed because of the error code!
