Avatar profile picture can't be changed :(

I tried so many time to change the avtar on my pc with nfs network and the photo uploads like normal nad then after the refresh the icon of the avatar is the gray heade by default. i tried every thing and every format or size... can enyone help me with this? please

I just wanted to give you an update that we are investigating two issues at the moment:

• Being unable to update Avatars on the NFS Network
• Being unable to login to the NFS Network
• Both issues give an 500 Error and seem to be related

I have tried too and it did not work but I need to perform some additional tests.

I really have tried playing with formats and all that as I know about photos and staff and still nothing...

The weird thing is that everyone else's avatars are not showing also on my overwatch or any other device or browser :/

I tried to change the avatar and it's not showing on the website, however when i was in game I noticed that it's using the photo I uploaded not my origin icon
