After completing assignments, cars stay locked

So I am playing NFS Rivals through Origin Access and I am playing as a cop.  I am completing assignments and it is showing the cinematic that my new car has been unlocked, but then when I go to play that car, it still shows that it is locked and I cannot use it.  Anyone else have this issue?  PC, Windows 10
