why cant i go online at nfsmw2012?

I have an origin account i downloaded the program to my pc i have no psn nor an xbox gamer tag just a gmail account i have no friends i open the game with the origin program program but still, i cant connect then i press enter then o offline i i try to go multiplayer i go to autolog but still, didnt work i wasted $60 on this piece of * if theirs no fixes

watch the vid its 2015 and they can still play my friends can too but i cant so i cant play with them
