So i have bought all the DLC for game under my PSN account, i longer play the PlayStation but instead play PC and would like to buy most wanted on origins.

so here is my question, doe all the content that i have purchased on the PSN transfer over too the origin version too?

No, purchased content does not transfer across platforms, from PS to PC as in your case.
