We here in Answers HQ are not privy to anything going on in a service request.  This is a separate website, with separate people, from EA Help Center. 

I can remind you that EA sells complete games, and that is the only way our affiliated retailers are authorized to operate..  The term "bought a serial" is totally inaccurate to describe a purchase.
