can't download additional 2GB data on android - error (-15)

I can't downlod additional 2GB data on my android, it's always said to contact eamobile.com/countrygate (-15) what shall i do?

Mine says, 'Download Failed' - Error (-11)

Can you restart your device and retry. If you see the same thing then try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi and retry again.

@EA_Barry: I tried both methods, unfortunately didn't work for me! 

It always gets stuck at 2mb (0%) and throw a message with error (-11 or sometimes -12)

Have you confirmed your internet connection is active before retrying?

Yes. As you said, I tried using mabile data, different WiFi networks and also followed the exact same steps mentioned in the link.
