White screen error (nfs mostwanted 2012)

i am starting my game and a rotating circle comes and After 5 seconds the game is not working (White screen) error please help me everybody

i am using windows 8.1

Does your CPU support hyperthreading? If you are unsure, you can generate a Dxdiag report and post that here.
