Unlink accounts

EA support has not answered for three days straight and I've waited constantly waiting for my help because me and my brother have not been able to get to the store of the game and we can't buy DLC so I mean I just need help removing an account from my account so we can BOTH play multiplayer together and until then no more EA/Origin games!!!!!!
