Ultimate Speed Pack still lock after 24 hrs waiting time PSN

i was told by one of the staff depak via live support chat . everything will be resolved after 24hr of waiting time from the time of the purchase , its been more than 24 hrs and the pack still locked with the most wanted vemon challange lock

The Ultimate Speed Pack for Need For Speed Most Wanted does not include the base game.

yes i did bought the game disc in one of the retail store while the pack is off psn store

now one of the EA Specialist Team just email me saying there no working soloution to the problem on for the ps3 version and ask me to refer back to sony for refunds..

isnt that hard to make an patch update to allow the game to be fixed so that people can start buy everything dlc for enchance their playing experince in the game, i was going to buy the airport pack after i am bore with the speed pack, now that goal is lef un-fill like adam and eve sperated. and the reasson i want to play on ps3 because my pc cant handle the game requirment . such a shame too since i been playing and supporting nfs franchies since nfs ii came out,
