Several issues with NFS: Most Wanted [ Edited ]

I have two issues preventing me from playing multiplayer with friends!

1. I got NFSMW off of Amazon Instant Access. After downloading it, I went back to Origin to start the game, however the game wasn't in my libarary! There was a desktop shortcut, so I used that to play the game.

2. In-Game, the game said that I needed to be connected to Autolog to access the store, or play multiplayer. How do I do that? My game isn't showing up on my library!

The game did, however, allow me to play single player.

The game's data IS in the "Origin Games" folder with all my other NFS games I have!

Please reply fast! I really want to play Multiplayer!

 Make sure that you selected correct tab in Origin. Check out tab "All Games"

Also, try to delete cache  http://help.ea.com/en/article/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/  and reboot your PC.

 If not help, you can contact EA support:

1) Go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
2) Select a game or product and select your platforms (Mac or PC)
3) Select a Topic (Some topics do not support the option "Live Chat". If you select "Account Management" option "Live Chat" will be available. If you select a "Account Security" option "Live Chat" will not be available.).
Also, I advise you prepare all information about your Account.

I couldn't delete my cache because I could not find the 'Origin' folder.

I also don't have the option to Live Chat, and it directs me back to Answer HQ.

You can use "Call Me" option.

Your game is not listed in your game account.

I checked the offer HERE.

• Note: After purchase, you can access the item in Your Games Library.

They are referring to your Amazon Game Library not the Origin Library.

If you want to send the purchase to your Origin Library you need to link your Origin Account with your Amazon Account.
