The question is why my score frozen in 40.000.000

I am playing yet but the speed points not be added to the score.

What is the problem ?

I have to do something, or some action is necessary or update your intervention.

And at finish of speed list i got -200 or -100 sp.

the answer to your question: the score is frozen because EA thought that they would be really cool if they freeze everyone's score. (But they are not.)

However, you can go to concourse mode and play until 50 000 000 SP then.

To activate concourse mode, go into your game, press escape once you are in single player, choose settings, navigate to driver statistics / driver details.

There should be a button named "CONCOURSE". Choose it and you will be able to play until 50 000 000 SP. However, concourse will reset your speed level (and keep your speed points), after another 5 million speed points you should get to level 71 again. For being in concourse mode, you also get a golden license plate instead of a silver one.
