Hello, i have some problem with connection to autolog. Today i bought your product NFSMW Limited edition and i can't connect to server Autolog. Autolog reported to me that i havent bought the game. This me writes:

SORRY, WE'RE NOT SHOWING THAT YOU OWN 
NEED FOR SPEED MOST WANTED

 Pls help me. And please excuse my bad english.

Do you own it on a console or PC?

 

If you have it on a console you have to enter in your online pass that you got with the game.

I have the same problem with the pc version, I keep getting error code 80210000. I've contacted EA but they said the servers down but that cant be right cause other people are connecting just fine.

Are you launching the game through Origin Directly or the desktop icon?  Try launching the game directly from Origin, if that doesn't work restart Origin.
