I set up 2 accounts for my kids under my address [edit: email address removed]
There seems to be a hole in your system where you can only log in to origin using your email address and since there are 2 accounts linked with the same address, I'm stuck.
On forums, I see many others having this same issue with no resolution posted.
I now set up an acct with a new email address and the problem went away.
Now I need to figure out how to delete ID: >contact me<. It is impossible since the only way I can delete it is to log on but I can't log on because of the program hole.
You might want to further improve your business by fixing this paradox.
