Same thing here. Disconnects from Autolog all the time... can play 10 minutes without disconnecting. Total BS....
And I am not digging through 23 pages of posts to see if a "fix" works for me.
No, I do not want my money back. But I wil not give you anymore.

dont bet on it, i have both (yes i do ea games, yes i do) and let me tell you that even the cracked version doesnt even work because it is the same software, just without the damn license verification.

Tried everything mentioned above. This is all insanely stupid, will return my game for sure!
FYI all, there is a refund option on EA website if you bought the game digitally.

I just buy this game and same problem. Try everithing and nothing... I request for my money and nothing yet... I'm really disapointed with this Origin, I though was a serious company.

Ok, I found 3 steps trick that worked for me on Win7_64 for getting stuck at loading screen.
I think should also work on Win8.
1. Go to www.origin.com and download the OriginThinSetup.exe setup file to your local HDD
2. Log off and close out Origin if you're still logon. Reinstall OriginThinSetup.exe on top of your current Origin folder (where ever you installed on now, overwrite on top of it). If you initially did the Origin update, you will still need to reinstall. The update didn't work for me. I'm not sure if the overwriting will overwrite any of your existing EA game files or config, so you should make a backup of the existing folder just in case it screw up other things.
3. Log back into your Origin account, and launch NFS: Most wanted game.
That's all, will no longer stuck at loading.
Works OK for me on 2 of my systems.
Good luck! :-)
