Need Help reinstalling need for speed most wanted on disc

I had bought Need for Speed last year at best buy. I installed it and used the access code for in on origin. But a couple months ago i had to uninstall it to make room for another game i had bought. Now i want to reinstall it but its not showing up in my games or when i try to use the access code it says that the code was already used and that i cant reinstall it. how can i get this game back on?

if you are certain you logged in with the right account and the game is not hidden, I suggest you contact a game advisor to check your account.

how do i find out if a game is hidden or not?

In your Origin client you will find a refresh button, show and platform option.

Set show to hidden to see if the game is hidden. Als try to refresh your library

by using the refresh button on the left.
