Need For Speed Most Wanted U for Wii U Internet connection problems [ Edited ]

I bought Need For Speed Most Wanted U from Nintendo Wii U eShop, but I cannot take it online.

I get an error code 50005 and a message that reads "Your version of the game is not compatible with the servers. Please make sure you are running the latest version of the game to be able to access the online features of this game." I've tried everything from restarting the game, deleting and re-downloading the game, and searching Nintendo eShop for any downloads I may have missed. Nothing so far works.

Now I have tried downloading the latest Wii U updates, but I already have the latest download. I also tried deleting my save data, and I am still unable to go online, access Origin, or the Need For Speed Autologs. I just get the error message again.

Is there anything I can do? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
