NFS(TM)MW 2012 does not running in window 8

NFS(TM)MW 2012,version 1.0.0.0 does not running in window8/8.1..I have installed it from DISC..it succesfully installed.But when i click the icon of game,at desktop,it says"find an app on store to open this link"..what can i do..plizz tell me any solution......
