Invalid resolution at start (windowed mode)

Starting up the game in windowed mode (game requires to be closed in windowed mode enabled first, using alt+tab or alt+enter) will set the wrong resolution at start. This can be easily spotted by jittery loading graphic. To fix it, you have to switch back to fullscreen mode and then windowed again using alt+enter.
