Internet issue

Hi im Tasmaih

I want to tell u that i cant acces origin store in the game and it says go to application manager but i dont know what to do?

2. when ever i connect multiplayer in mid it crashes and you internet connetion failed. 

My internet is working good but in is stupid.

Can you give proper soluton tominimise the problem
