I have an origin account but I can not play any of my need for speed games cause it says that I have to sign in before I can play online can u tell me why it says that

Is the Origin account you're logging into Need For Speed with the same Origin account the games are registered on?

If you have any anti-virus, try temporarily disabling it to see if you have better luck. If you have any proxies enabled, I'd disable those as well.
