Having issues downloading new games I just bought

I just purchsed Need for Speed™ Most Wanted Deluxe DLC Bundle for my PC and the download is not showing up in my games list. I have refreshed my games, restarted my client and uninstalled and reinstalled my client and it still dows not show up. I really would like to play. Anyone got some advice?

This Deluxe DLC Bundle does not include the base game.

I guess this is the reason why you can't see the game in your library.
