Hey, I'm from Slovakia (Europe) and I've got this problem, too. When the game starts it is connecting to the autolog but then it doesn't do anything and it only write Error code: 800d0000 and if I push O (back) or ENTER (next) I jump to the game. And everytime when I want to go online (multiplayer) I try it by EasyDrive and it says me Error code: 800d0000 unable to connect. Can you help me, please? In my country, Slovakia, I don't know about EA help, so... How to repair that by myself?

I am having the same issue with Need for Speed: Rivals for the PS4. I also cannot log in on the Need for Speed Network iOS app.

And yes, I recently add a friend (with the same game) to my PSN account.

EA DICE Team

Which error message are you getting - also 800d0000?

I checked the server status for you and everything is up and running. It looks like connection troubleshooting might be of use to you in this case:
