Error code: 193

Every time I try to log into origin autolog this error code keeps coming up saying I'm previously connected to autolog with a different account.
Please sign in with that account to connect.
If that account was used I error please contact customer services.

Can someone please help me with this cause thing to contact EA seems about damn near impossible they don't call when you request a call, you can't reply to there email.

If you do not have the demo installed or deleting it does not fix it then see the following thread where this was resolved:

I bought NFS: Most Wanted on PS VITA. Can not Play, error code: 193.

I can not play multiplayer. etc. Very frustrating. Had such problems never.
