Download of new upgrade / maps / cars

Hi,

I have bought a NFS Most wanted PC based game. My son set up the account and is under the age of 13 and we are unable to download any new elements of the game like maps / new cars. There is an error that says he is not permitted to have a EA account. Also while playing the game, any attempt to Download the new elements (using R + Ctrl) is not able to connect.  

Is there a way to solve this problem?

I understand, so this acount is restricted from accessing to online play because it's a child account.

I am not sure there's much to do about it but you can still contact one of our advisors in order to know if there's an additional option for this account.
