Black Screen Issues

This game is not running to my expectation I get a black screen when I play. Suggestions on how to fix it. I am about to ask for a refund.

Please post your PC spec here. Have you tried to solve this issue? (If you tried, please write what did you do.)

Also, try the following:

• Go to Origin>>My games tab>>Right-click on the NFS Most Wanted icon and select Repair Game. Then, Check for update.
• Reinstall or update drive for your graphics card. Then, reboot your PC.
