Autolog profile picture won't change

I am on the need for speed network and changed my profile picture. but the same picture does not appear when i play the game on my ps3. is this problem solved? or how can i solve this problem?

There has been 6 years & I still can’t change my profile photo, I’m playing need for speed payback & the oldest photo still there,

Same problem occuring with my Xbox Gamerpic, it shows the old one i had from my 360 gamerpic, should show my current XB1 gamerpic in game instead.
