Auto log doesn't work

While connectin through auto log, it shows connection error when i press the enter button... It says in order to log in you must hav a origin id...

Bt whenever i try to select auto log or even multiplayer... It says connection error...

Please suggest some remedy...
I have windows 8 as OS...
