Hello EA support an employee,
 
 
 
I have a problem with my Need for Speed ​​Hot Pursuit. Namely, the installation went well and smoothly. But when I tried to log in to Autolog ... 
I gave my email address and my password was received everything, but when I typed my product key was there: "the product key was used more than often."  
 
Error code:   330001 
 
I bought a new computer on which I have Need for Speed ​​Hot Pursuit also played.

You can activate your code on five machines or on five  different system configuration of the same machine.

I guess you have just reached the limit but you can correct this.

 

1 - If you have still access to your previous PC you can revoke the licence on this machine. CLICK HERE

2 - If don't have access to these machines then you have to contact a game advisor for assistance: Contact Us.

unfortunately my old PC broke. So I have to disable any possibility of the game. I'm the link to the second possibility, unfortunately you have followed the description of the problem only one line ... That is not enough.
