thank you for ur advice on this subject /  problem with error code 800d0000  hot pursuit autolog servers it wont let me online on my profile it keeps kicking me off plz help thank you .

There is currently an issue preventing players from connecting to the Autolog servers.
We have informed the Team but none of the players who are experiencing this issue noticed this error code.

Can you please check if your game version is up-to-date?

I'd download the game from PSstore, but can't connect to autolog.

Getting the same error.

Hi,

This message means that you are unable to connect to the server. Most likely because your network settings such as a firewall, are blocking the connection. Refer to the following connection steps to find how you can solve this:

I've done everything and still can not connect to servers. Keeps saying "invalid account" on all my nfs games from PS3 and PS4.. wtf is goin on. It work perfect last year and stopped working March 2020. I have a record of when last played with autologs
