noticeable cheating [ Edited ]

I was in an online race and just about 45 seconds into it a player rammed me into a rail then he was instantly 1 minute ahead of everyone else. same player did it 4 races in a row. I know the game is older but come on. 1 minute ahead on a 4 minute race? obviously not playing fair. player name was  [Removed - Admin.]. please look into this as it is not fair to the legit racers.

Please do not name any player you suspect may be cheating, this is called "Naming and Shaming" and is not allowed on Answers HQ.

If you suspect a player may be playing unfairly you can use the steps detailed at the following link to report them.
