need for speed hot pursuit online doesn't work

when i get on need for speed hot pursuit on my Xbox 360 and press play online i cant find one person so i was wondering are the servers down or is this a technical problem?

You could be playing during a different time then others in your region Or you can try a different region to see if there might me players playing when you play.
