every time i load up the game i am told i must be signed into xbox live and the ea servers now i am signed into xbox live and it gives me the error code 40010000 any help with this would be much appreciated

Already I addressed in support concerning a key on the game need for speed hot pursuit, gave the new. I began to try a new key, gives out a mistake 40010000 and writes "you have to enter on ea servers for receiving access to network opportunities of game'.

i have this problem right now to on pc i tried asking ea advisors but they couldn't help me so i'm stuck with this game i can't play online
