Weather effects troubles [ Edited ]

Hello!

I've bought Need For Speed Hot Persuit on Steam.

Today I've loaded the game 1st time. Everything works well but I've got no weather effects in the game. No rain drops or showflakes appear while I'm driving a car but there display some watersplashes under car wheels.

My specs:
Win10 x64

Core i7 3770k

8 GB DDR3

Nvidia Strix GTX 980 Ti
