I have had to reinstall NFS Hot Pursuit on my new computer as the old one died. I had to reinstall several bits of software on the old one as it failed.
I am now unable to reactivate it as it says the Serial Number has been used the maximum number of times. This suggests that you do not own the software but a limited number of installs which is very unfair. surely if the serial number matches the login account then it does not matte how many times it is reinstalled. It is impossible to contact EA to even ask the question ( I found this through Face book which I hate using as it is riddled with security problems ) can someone from EA contact me via e mail and tell me why they will not allow me to use the software I purchased from them the way it is intended simply because I updated my computer which people do regularly.
