Produkt Key allredy in use

hello i am jan and i am german bad english and my problem is my cd key for need for speed world is allredy in use but it was a present from my unkle in moskau so i have a russian key but it works in germany but i can´t use my key because it´s allredy in use but i NEVER opened the cd box but today i opened it and Produkt Key allredy in use
