Problem with Online profile(acc)

Hello. I got a problem with my profile in NFS hot persuit. I bouth this game about 1 year ago and i played it for a while, I achived lvl 20. But now when I reinstalled the game I'm not a lvl 20 anymore I'm lvl 1 with 150 wins. There is no logic to this how can i be lvl 1 with 150 wins.
