Bug frequency: Several races and always in a career race in cop mode

When i play hot pursuit i have encountered a few bugs during career mode that sends my car into a giant hole under the road and the other cars keep passing by, other time the car just freezes and averything else keeps moving. Now in a career race, in cop mode it doesn't leave me pass that race, even if i bust all cars the screen goes black and nothing happens.
I have started to pass all games from Need For Speed in the PS3 and i was wondering if EA can provide me a digital copy so i can pass the game and move forward, since i am a loyal fan of the franchise. I have made videos from the problem that i will attach.
