Wich graphics card supports/run Need for speed Hot Pursuit 2?

I have a Geforce GTX 750 Ti, and when i click the game icon, a little window says that my graphics card is not supported.

Do i really need a older graphics card, to be able to play the game, or is there some clever fix to this problem?

Unfortunately sounds like there's no other way.

This title is not listed in our Windows 7/8 Compatibility list so even your Operating System won't be compatible.
