Need for Speed Hot Pursuit key is used ?

Hi, I found that Need for Speed Hot Pursuit key can not be actived on Origin if it's actived in the steam edition. When I tried to active the key on Origin, I was told that it was used, and I only redeemed it in-the-game on steam. This is not cool since other EA games don't work this way, so I wish that I can get a new key to active on Origin. Thanks!

You cannot use the steam code in Origin, some select games allow you to transfer to origin.
