I am sorry to hear that you are having issues installing NFS:HP. Let's see if we can fix that for you.
Firstly, are you registering the game in Origin, or are you trying to use the disc installer? In this case, to make sure you can install the game, I would advise you to first download and install Origin here.
After you have downloaded Origin, login on the program with your EA account. Then redeem the product code in the "Origin" menu in the upper left corner. Then all you have to do is double click the game picture in your My Games list to start the download and install the game. Once the download is complete you should be able to play.
