In all cases, please make sure you are using a wired connection. You can also try to turn off the power to your console and router for about two minutes to see if that resolves the problem.

I can confirm that the game is still online. Please refer to our Service Updates page for any information about games being taken offline.
As for the issue of being unable to connect, does this still persists for you? What has been the effect of following the troubleshooting in my previous reply?
