Need For Speed:Hot pursuit won't install

I have win 10 on my laptop and it worked on my pc wich has xp on it.

When it starts installing it does something and the green bar starts going but after a couple seconds it stops.

I waited like an hour but it just stayed there.

The image is in hungarian.

Can you please try running in compatibility mode for Windows XP (SP2), as you say it works on your XP machine.

Okay, please try disabling your security software (antivirus, firewall etc.) temporarily and also perform a clean boot before retrying.
