Hello.
I am unable to find anything that matches my problem on the net so I apologize if this has been discussed. I bought "NFS-HP" today. I was able to register game to my account and the game logs in to Autolog without any problems. However,when I try to activate through Origin a error pops up informing me the key has been used. Like I said,the key is registered to my account. Could this be happening because I registered using in-game dialogue before trying Origin or is this a common bug Server-side?

The best thing for you to do is to contact a game advisor for more help with this. There’s nothing we can do on the forum Answer HQ to fix issues like this.
You need to contact EA/Origin support for more assistance. They will be able to assist you further for this issue you are having.

1) Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
2) Select a topic for the best results.
3) Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
4) Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
5) Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an adviser.
