Invalid Copyright Claim

I uploaded my first "Let's Play" of NFS HP on Youtube and I got a copyright claim in the middle of a race, there is no music, just me talking over the game as I play. I believe this is an invalid claim. The reason I am posting here is because I don't want to get a copyright strike and I wanted to see if i was missing anything or if I should just dispute it.
