How do I get my Loyalty Program  and bounty Awarded?

First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”.
Answer HQ isn't just an ordinary message board or support center. It's a new approach to our community experience and a fun way of helping other players or to get answers (from players & experts)and get back in the game!

I am not sure if this "old" program, back from 2011 still works:

Loyalty Rewards | Need for Speed Racing Game (http://www.needforspeed.com/shift2unleashed/extras)

As long as you use the same EA account from these Need For Speed's you will be able to unlock these in Shift 2. You have to go extras  and then go to NFS VIP to unlock them.

Need For Speed™ Hot Pursuit players will receive a career boosting 1000 XP, $10,000 in-game cash plus instant access to the Lamborghini Reventón cop car and the Pagani Zonda Cinque Hot Pursuit Edition.

Need For Speed™ Undercover will receive a career boosting 1000 XP and $10,000 in-game cash towards buying their dream car.

Need For Speed™ Shift players will receive a career boosting 2000 XP and $20,000 in-game cash towards buying their dream car.

But If you meet the above criteria, then you can go to ingame Setting menu & locate LOYALTY PROGRAM sub-menu option.

According to the NFS Hot Pursuit Loyalty Message, You have Own at least 1 prior NFS Title...So what Happens if you Own NFS Hot Pursuit on STEAM and the rest on Origin(As I Do)?

Second Question; I Own NFS Shift, NFS The Run and Have Pre Ordered (now Paid)  for NFS Deluxe Edition releasing in a few days but In the Legacy Message it States I Do Not Own any other NFS Title so what is wrong here? I Also Own NFS Black Edition on Disc but use my Origin login Data.

I like many other Gamers just want the Legacy Status Due, a Little Help EA
