How To Unauthorise Game on other PCs

Hi guys,

I intalled windows 8.1 now also want to reinstall my old games including  Need For Speed Hot Pursuit and Undercover but can't, tells me I've  reached maximum number of PCs. I've  tried the deauthorisation tool but won't work since the gamea ain't installed on this pc. How else can I do it?
