EA Account Problem(Autolog)

I had an account where I registered my serial of NFSHP.But then I switched to another account.I asked a Game Advisor to delete that account and everything connected to it.They did but when I try to enter autolog with new (origin) account and old serial it says serial has reached its maximum number of uses.I guess its still in that deleted account.What should I do?

Product codes can only be redeemed against one Origin account.

 

You'll need to contact a Game Advisor, use this custom link.

 

I'm not sure how much success you'll have I'm afraid, but trying can't hurt!
