Deauthorising Need For Speed Undercover

Right, I've got an old copy of Need for Speed Undercover (Which is inconveniantly no longer supported) that I recently installed on my new laptop. On startup I got the error message 'This game cannot start - For security reasons the activation code can only authrise a limited number of mechines, You have reached this limit.'

Unfortunatly I no longer have access to my old desktop to deauthorise the game. Is their any way I can get customer support to deauthorise it manually, despite the fact the game is no longer supported?
