Code Redemption On Origin NFS Hot Pursuit

I had a laptop with a disc drive earlier for which I got an NFS Hot Pursuit hard copy. Recently I bought a new laptop which does not have a disc drive and I redeemed the product code in Origin, it shows the game I have but when I select it, it shows that the product key has alreay been used. FYI, I do not have my old pc. Is there any way? Or can i deauthorize the pc online? I did check the FAQs, but it just shows how to phyically deauthorize the game, not online....Please help!
